Melanie Gruben, M.Ps.S.I.

Hey, I’m Melanie, an autistic, queer, & disabled therapist accredited with the Psychological Society of Ireland. I create a relaxed, welcoming digital space where you can unspool such issues as burnout, identity, accessibility, institutional stressors like work and school, relationship questions, family, mental health and so much more. I trained in LGBTQ+ counselling through the Trevor Project out of West Hollywood, California and have been working with queer, trans, neurodivergent, and disabled clients for over five years. I also work with young people as well as their families. People with mental health coverage in their VHI and Irish Life insurance policies can submit my receipts for reimbursement. As a humanistic integrative practitioner, I hold that the answers to your problems are within you, and my responsibility as a therapist is to facilitate an environment where they can start to emerge and you can find empowerment and answers.
